Peter is correct.How else can you use one idler tire for 2 or 3 different 
speeds,ie,33,45,78.It's because the drive shaft the idler runs on is a 
stepped depth shaft.The smaller the diameter of the shaft the greater the 
speed of the idler,ie 78 speed.
