[TechAssist] Vertical Roll on a Hitachi 27ux01B... Panasonic chassis.. Chassis # EP338

This set came in with vertical foldover, vertical roll with poor
colors(purplish) The foldover was corrected with caps changed in the vertical
cicuit, along with the vertical IC. OSD does not roll, PIP has decent color.
I have replaced IC101(TA1310BN) this did not clear up the roll.
An help appreciated.
