[TechAssist] Philips Chassis 25P1-02 Model-PK4485 CH02 No Turn Off.

Probably an easy fix for you Philips/Magnavox guys.
This set will not turn off. When Power Switch is made will change Channels,
when power switch is made again, will not. Looks like may be something in
the stand by.
