I had a model CF35F401 (TAC9609) with tuner# EL923L2.All snow. Had the
32VDC to tuner. A careful check found no +5V at tuner pin 7. (there
were 15 pins). Traced the loss to a shorted transistor Q101 nearby. (#
C1740 SQH). This transistor restored the tuner operation.
