[TechAssist] Mitsubishi model VS-4501R- vertical bounces

Vertical scanning is perfect- after hot will jump vertically and eventually
stop jumping. Replaced the filters in the vertical circuit, no change. Is
there a modification for this model like the VS6071 and others have to
correct this?? Did I overlook something else? Heating and cooling make no
difference and there is nothing loose. Thanks from Mike at the Video Center.
