you set the 6.4 gig for slave but did you set the 1.2 gig for master? Is
the IDE cable plugged properly into the hard drive (red stripe on cable
goes toward the power connector). Also, has the 6 gig been formatted,
and if it is formatted, is it formatted in Fat 16 or Fat 32? Windows 95
was only capable of Fat 16 formatted drives, although Windows 95B could
handle Fat 32. Another thing that I am not sure I remember correctly is
that I think Windows 95 could only have hard drive partiotions at 2.1 gb
max. If this is correct, then you need to divide the 6 gig into 3
partitions. Use FDISK on your bootup floppy to partition the drives,
then format them.
