[TechAssist] AV48WP30 caution Don't plug in with back off.

Someone sent an email the other day about not plugging in a AV48WP30 with
the back off' I have to replace the convergence I/Cs and would like to know
about it. I though I saved it but I must of erased it by mistake. Whoever
sent it, it would be appreciated if they would send it again.
