[TechAssist] Philips/Mag TV Model MX3291B101/36D700 chassis need part id

Philips/Magnovox model MX3291B101 chassis 36D700. Resistor at Loc 3610
has HV jumping out of it, the resistor is between pins 10 and 12 on the
flyback. I need the value and any suggestion why its open.
