From Philips Force 32 information :  When failure of the Flyback xformer (5630) 
  occurs the following parts maybe damaged :  7041, 7150, 7325, 7620, 7629, 
6328,  3610,  3624...
 
   3610...p/n 4835 116 57706... 22k @ 5%, 1/2w. metal film... 
   5630...p/n 3128 138 20623    Flyback
 
Caution: With AC Power Removed From The Chassis:
Examine the case of the flyback for bumps or bulges on the cylindrical part... 
Any indication of expansion  means the flyback is defective and must be 
changed... When a defective flyback is discovered also check all parts between  
(and connected to) pin 10 of the flyback and pin 22 of  IC 7150...
