Try Bristol as I believe they have a number of IP addressable OTU's
running on their own internal fibres

Subject: [TCUG] Use of fibre-optic, IP addressable UTC

A colleague has recently finished a project implementing UTC control,
utilising fibre-optic connectivity to traffic signal controllers, with
IP addressed O.T.U.'s running in real-time. The system has been running
successfully since commissioning.

He is curious to know if anyone else has completed (or has plans for) a
similar project, and any issues they may have encountered.
