[TCUG] Electricity Power Failure

Just a quick power failure question to all of the local authorities out t=
here.
What do you when EDF have a power failure??? Do you leave the signals off=
with no out of order boards or do you sign them all out or do you sign t=
hem out and turn them off in the manual panel until power is restored the=
n have them switched back on??
