[talks-uk] Re: delays with new eloquence and talks

I am still using the Eloquence I used with Talks 4 so maybe I'll upgrade that.  
I'm happy enough with the performance although I wish it could talk a bit 
faster, would be great if there was a speed 10 or 11.
