I have one doubt on the TMS320C6414 DSP.here JTAG port used for both
boundary scan emulator operation of DSP.In emulator related document
they have mentioned, the JTAG TRST pin should not be connected to pull
up.This pin having internal pull down on the DSP chip itself.but
boundary scan mode they have mentioned TRST pin need to be connected to
pull up.
My doubt is if we provide the pull-up for TRST pin, weather it affect
the emulator operation?
