Hi, Alexandre:
Ansoft's product SIwave can accurately extract the full-wave
S-parameters, RLGC parameters, DC IR drop, differential traces, and so
around functions for planar PCB structure. SIwave can accurately take into
account the impact of imperfect power/ground plane on signal transmission,
EM emission as well.
Besides, Ansoft's product HFSS is a leading tools that can extract full-wave
S-parameters for complex 3D structures.
