Hi, Alexandre
Sigrity tool provides both s parameter extraction and help to transform s
parameter into circuit to use in any circuit simulation tool.

the effect of unideal return path will be considered also in extraction
since tool uses full wave method. some paper was published to descripe the
unideal return path affect specailly.

Thanks and regards
Tao
