Do you know what parameters of soldermask ?
Now I know that possible edit material.dat and now I need to do this.

Other pertinent options can be selected; "conformal coat"
would equate to soldermask, and "polyimide film" would
equate to a flex or rigid/flex coverlayer. These will
accept Er values.
