Sitar,
   Great question.  Just look at the leaders of the SI community, those who 
are replying to many of the posts placed on the SI list serve.  Those who 
regularly publish books, in magazines, journals, conferences and white 
papers. I am being vague because I do not wish to exclude or overstep any 
individual or company where it may not be appropriate. As you should know, 
an off-the-cuff list is not fully researched and so should not be place in 
a public forum without peer review.
