Mark,
Most PCB edge launch SMA's do not currently have the bandwidth to
support a 70GHz bandwidth. If you are truly serious, you will need to
utilize a tool like CST or Ansoft to fully model the SMA-PCB-trace
interface. This is non-trivial, it is not for the faint of heart. You are
asking for a design that only a few people in the world can do. This is
not something that "rules-of-thumb" can answer. You need expert help, or
the equivalent of your own time to learn the tools and how to deal with the
tool errors that will be evident at these frequencies. Lastly, what tool
would you use to measure something at 70GHz bandwidth? This again is non
trivial, the fixturing required to have a 70G bandwidth is very select or
totally custom.

Hope this doesn't scare you away.

Regards
-Ed Sayre
