Tom, I think there is more to this than an incapable judge putting a dog up
with a problem.
I think a part of this problem is the "prominent" handler who gets away with
it, and probably expects and knows that he/she can get away with things
under some judges.Both the judge and the handler are at fault.
Ethics should stand for something, and the handler should refuse such dogs.
In my opinion they are both doing a dis-service to the breed.
