If so, I believe the emphasis was, as breeders, to recognize the importance of OFA in our breed. In my opinion they all enter the class on a level playing field, no different then say 6-9 puppy class were the judges knows they are between the age specified. In BOB competition the judge knows they are all Champions, but does not know if they are OFA certified.
