How does a dog have 40+ litters, producing 200+ puppies, and
have less than 60% of those animals registered?

how about selling them as pets to people who do not register them. I had my
eyes opened years ago when I lost the records for a litter. It cost me $150
for akc to research to tell me out of a litter of 12 only 2 were registered.
and one of them was mine. I would say a majority of the people around here
could care less if the dog is registered- The neuter them and loss the
papers.
