Someone just said 4 -- but you are right, it keeps changing. There were
no numerical requirements when I applied, and when the AKC came out with
the 10-4-2 rule, there was a great hue and cry from the old timers...
now we have people breeding more than they would have without those
numbers being published, just so they can become judges. For some
reason there are people who think being a judge makes them more
important and smarter, when in actuality, you are the same person before
you pin the judge's badge on that you were before.
