Sally, that cartel LIVES here in Texas; they just visit your area when
they find their "sure thing" judges on the panel there. I have seen them
bring in from ten to seventeen on each side to build that major. The
dogs are plush, pretty, alert (read dog aggressive) and cannot move
out of their own way. Take heart, though, their judges list is dwindling
as they are mostly those oldsters who did not have to know the breed
anyway.

You need to come to the land of Oz- We have certain Cartel's that build
majors by entering all their pets. We have handlers come in and when it is
known they are coming people do not go to the show because they figure it is
useless.
I think the allbreed shows differ a lot from one region to another
