Jackie, I know you are a newbie and please understand I am not picking on you 
but, with a few exceptions I do not believe there are as many extreme animals 
out there as there used to be.  There are some, simply not as many.  And I 
hope that you go and really look at the ground covering gate you see specialty. 
Now that does not mean they are not at the All breed but with the MAJORITY of 
the All Breed rings are to small and you simply cannot see the gate. And most 
of the All breed Judges, NOT all are far more concerned about Standing and 
Coming and going. Some only take you 1 time around from the side....This is a 
moving breed...
The fact is, it does not take an "Extreme animal" to move extreme.  Just a 
well balanced and muscled animal. 

In California there are many people that show at both All Breed and 
Specialties and with the same dogs.  

Please keep and open mind, I try to,  Not all Specialty Dogs are extreme and 
Not all All breed dogs are Typy.......LOL
