Well, there are only two things that can cause the angling.

1) The film is travelling across the frame at an angle
2) The film is travelling straight, but the frame is angled

#2 is not likely.

The unsharpness in the lower right corner (upper left when in the
camera) could be cause by the film travelling at such an angle that it
kinks and raises up from the plane there.

Make sure your pressure plate hasn't been caught inbetween 6x6 and
24x36. It could be that the pressure plate isn'nt sitting properly and
is allowing some play.

Do the film spools (take up and the one with the film on it) sit
firmly in place? If one hasn't seated properly, it would be
off-centered to the other one, causing the film to travel at a slight
angle rather than straight. The angle could be so sharp as to lift the
film off the film-plane as the film tries to straighten out in order
to roll on to the take up spool.
