What I am suggesting is quite a bit
different. Just dump Windows 7 entirely and use
ONLY XP. Don has told us that the drivers work
well for his scanner under XP. DOS I know inside
and out but I can live with XP. My wife has
VISTA on one of her laptops and 7 on the other,
and she has had only problems with both.
And, having an IQ slightly higher than room
temperature, I use Windows and avoid Mac, as Mac
is the machine for the terminally Old or the
terminally Young people. Adults use Microsoft. <he grins>
