The only propellers on the DC 9 must have been on your propeller beanie!

The last prop DC was the DC-7

When we flew out of NYC in 1960 to move to Chicago it was in I think a DC9.
Had propellers on it. I was ten.

On the way back to visit it was in one of those new airplanes with no
propellers on them. They flew anyway; it was a faith issue.
The stewardesses were so pretty I had to had my face from them.

Which DC was it?
DC-9?

It was the main last transport for people, civilians before the jets came
in?
