I've fixed a couple of other minor issues.
Should we suppress the second part (Exploring RAC) ? I've not fully tested it.
I was also in doubt if leave or delete the ACFS configuration since some of us
reported some problems on auto-mount.

Thanks to Jeremy's instructions, i just compiled an updated version of the pdf.
I edited some of the wiki pages for formatting and fixed an issue where one
chapter was not included correctly because the Page name had changed. I also
update the 5 or 6 broken info boxes in the wiki rather than touching the
compilation process.

Please check if you are happy with formatting and content. The final version
will be compiled on thursday morning so prints are ready for pickup on friday
or saturday. I am planning for about a dozen prints at $20 each which will be
funded/sponsored through portrix.
