[racattack] Re: printed lab handbooks for OOW

The rest of the handbook currently uses ANSI A / letter. FYI this is easily 
changeable so if anyone ever needs to print in Europe or elsewhere then drop me 
an email and I'll show you how to use other standard paper sizes.
