These you used to argue "similar" do not mean they are
photographically identical, which would be a wrong message to send
unless such statement was experimentally verified.

The pH of such a highly concentrated solution is subject to change
upon dilution and I would not assume how much it will shift unless
measured.

As far as I know they are different developers.
Microphen is said to be same as an unnumbered Ilfored formula
developed for repenished deep tank use.
