I don't. But just because they weren't paying a lease fee doesn't mean
the
land&building was free. We can be sure somebody took a sharp pencil every so
often and figured out what the land would be worth if used in other ways.
That's the real problem often. It's not that the company isn't making money
but that the capital can be invested to make more money in other ways.
The new owners won't be thinking about selling the land they don't own.
They
may end up facing higher lease payments. They may end up having to move.
