I was joking, sarcastically. Neither  of the points I made were true.
Weston, at one point, got so annoyed about people saying what a great
lens he must be using, got a lens for $5 or $10 or something like that
in a second hand shop and used it (at least for a while).

And that stuff about his being blind I just made up. No way could he
have seen the images he did if he could not see, both optically and
artistically.

Sorry if you believed me. I was just kidding.
