DEAR CHAUNCEY, I think that somewhere under my sink I have a tank made by FR that I think is similar. Viewed from the top it is about 6" square and has a number of slots on two opposing sides of the interior. There are two inserts with about 12 curved slots on one side of each. You put the inserts in the tank slots (with the curved slots facing each other) that give you the correct width for 2 1/4 X 3 1/4, 3 1/4 X 4 1/4, or 4X5 film. You then slide the film into the opposing slots. When the film is loaded you put on a light baffle and then the lid and it becomes a (rather poor) "daylight" tank. I remember that the biggest problem was agitation...hard to do well because solutions would slop out. CHEERS!
