I've only gotten through about a quarter of the text. <starts crossing off repeated entries> I've still got a few others though. Simon, how important is it that I not replicate any of Leroy's suggestions? I assume you'll change the PDF at some point, but I'd rather not print out another copy of the document.
Heh-hey! TWO editors for a PDF document. :-)Duplication is not too much of a problem. I've printed out the list of LeRoy's corrections, and I've made a start on fixing the document up, though it won't get finished today. Since I update the errata list at the back of the document as I go rather than leaving it to the end, comparing the existing errata to any subsequent list(s) won't pose any real headaches, even if there are duplicates--as long as I complete LeRoy's list before looking at yours. If I start trying to be too clever I'll no doubt introduce more errors; so no one should be surprised if a response takes a few days. ;-)
Looks like this PDF might be released nearly error-free . . . which is a first, I think.
