I had the "cannot retrieve message #2 error the other day. I went to
webmail, moved the #2 message to a temp folder, went back to OE to collect
mail and got the same exact error message.
So I went back to webmail, moved half the messages to TEMP, got the error,
moved half the remaining, got the same error, finally got down to just one
message and it downloaded. brought baack some messages, they all
downloaded, got more and they all downloaded, got the rest, including the
original #2 and the second #2 and they all downloaded fine.
Is that Earthlink I see at the end of the tunnel?
