Don... on a side note... EVERY TIME I DO A FRESH INSTALL ON A DELL = SYSTEM... after installing the OS and doing all the updates, many times Windows = Update will find an updated driver for the video card. 99.9% of the time, if I accidentally download and install that update, = the video driver gets all screwed up in a manner you just explained. I then = have to either use the original driver disk or download the latest driver = from whoever the manufacturer is. That then fixes the issue. This only = happens on Dell systems, for some reason. So, you may want to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, then uninstall and reinstall = the new drivers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ SirTroth ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ ICQ: 1717439 ~ YAHOO: SirTroth ~ SKYPE: SirTroth ~ XFIRE: SirTroth ~ AIM/AOL: SirTrothX ~ http://ut2004.sirtroth.com ~ MSN: SirTroth@xxxxxxxxxxx (For MSN Chat) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ =A0 -----Original Message----- From: pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:pctechtalk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Don101 Sent: Saturday, May 03, 2008 9:02 PM To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: -=3DPCTechTalk=3D- Re: Monitor Nothing there that specifically says "size" or "position".
