I am having the same problems. I've spent hours on the phone with RoadRunner Tech Support. Ever get the error message: cannot retrieve message number 2 (or 14 or whatever). Or howabout reptitive demands for your password. Or howabout "unable to connect to server". Or "password rejected". And Lord knows how many other problems. I am thisclose to switching to EarthLink, the only other option with BrightHouse Networks, or even dumping cable and getting *EVERYTHING* from AT&T on a nice bundle deal. My latest ticket number (56137267) with RR support is for the "cannot retrieve message number xx". If you have the same problem refer them to it.
