Sandi,
Not at all, except perhaps for the letter shuffling you've been dealing
with. I would disable them in Device Manager just to see if it clears up
the shuffling problem. When you need them, just re-enable them again.
I can provide clear step by step directions for disabling/enabling them
if you'd like. :O)
