Hi Chris, I have Win XP, running Norton System Works 2003 which includes NA2003 I was on the phone the other day to Symantec and ordered Norton AV 2004 Pro. They asked me for a password! I questioned if I would require a password to use AN2004 Pro and to upgrade and they said No. Mike ~ It is a good day if I learned something new. A friend had the same problem - just bit the bullet and put the password on and it updated. That info I sent in was from Symantec's web site...as a known problem. With, I'm gathering from what people are saying, is XP - guess i never sent this - it was sitting in my system tray... crisS ----- Original Message ----- From: Jo Ann W.
