Hi Troth, I found out what was wrong, I was using the volume control by the clock, It was set right, I went into the Control panel Multimedia and it was set with the volume all the way to the bottom, I guess changing one don't change the other. Go to CONROL PANEL and then SOUNDS. Somewhere in there should be an ADVANCED tab. Click on it and you should see a listing of items you can adjust the volume to. Click on OPTIONS > ADVANCED CONTROLS and make sure everything listed has the MUTE off and the volume all the way up. In any event, only the MICROPHONE may need to be muted. > Unless you already did this. > > ---Troth > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Hank > To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Tuesday, September 09, 2003 5:22 PM > Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Lost recorder > > > Hi, I had to format.
