When you select all, does everything look like it is highlighted? You may
need to left click inside the table and before taking your finger off of the
mouse, drag your mouse across the contents of the table to highlight what
you what printed and then click on the "print option" and choose to print
"selected". Hope this makes sense.

Hi Christine, You mean left click the mouse on the email portion and then
right click while in Word, correct? I do this and there is no option for
borders and shading. However there is Bullets and when selecting that the
first option is None. Everything printed out fine but I wanted the tabless
to print out as well, and this left out the tabless. As you can see, I'm not
very proficient using Word and only use it to print out email invoices. So
to print the email out including the tables, as select all and paste leaves
them out, how would I have the tables print out as well? Much thanks..
