Seriously, do you have 64MB memory stick in your box? It could be poor
contact. You could try to reseat it or better yet, remove it, clean up the
dust that might have accumulated in the socket and then replace the memory
stick. See if Windows see it at boot up. Insufficient memory can also cause
your system to freeze up too.
