I have used Stopzilla before and I liked it because it has real time
protection.
Another one that is very good (and it has a free edition) is Antivir. This is
the one I am using these days (www.free-av.com/).
Also, you can find some other spyware /virus protection programs on my website.
These ones are either totally free or you can get a free trial without much
