[pchelpers] Fw: A question that needs answering

As you can see below I wrote the org, that supposedly made the proposal and
presented it to the UN. I had to laugh since the news report and this org
site make it appear they personally presented it at the UN when they
actually sent it via e-mail. Regardless it does show a trend and this in
itself is encouraging but as in all things we must leave the time for his
will to be done in his capable hands.
