Hello Eric;

First.... Let me say to everyone in the club, I won't be able to make it to
tonights meeting. My wife's been ill for a couple of weeks so I can't make
it. I hate to miss two meetings in a row, but sometimes life just deals
that hand....

But on to club business....
Good to know someone is leading the charge on teaching new brewers and us
oldies too.... :-)
I'd be happy to teach on most any subject needed, just let me know what's
needed. I've never had the desire to stop learning, so anyone else who has
input on a topic at the meetings, you'll find me right there with an open
ear.
I'd really be interested to know if any of the club members have tried to
make Sake? Also, making cider is a challenge any of us should consider
since we're blessed with lots of apple groves around the area.

One topic I've covered before and would be available to do again is hops.
Just give me a shout.

Eric, take notes and let those of us who can't make it tonight know how it
goes and what's on the topic list for wants/needs and who's willing to
teach a session on them.

Thanks again and I really wish I could be there.... but as always...
Cheers!!!
David
