I put it in manage recovery.
This is a message in alert log:

Error fetching gap sequence, no FAL server specified

Failed to request gap sequence. Thread #: 1, gap sequence: 131193-132589
All FAL server has been attempted.
Any idea?

and the results (of applied) is NO. I rebooted the server but the

0. hard to say anything as Your description is very scarce - I would
even recommend checking if You start managed recovery :-)
1. any errors in alert.log? usually if something wrong there are some
2. are You able to recover when You transfer archivelogs manually? if
yes then something wrong with communication
3. check a communication based upon the settings provided as SERVICE in
log_archive_dest_n
4. check Your other log_archive% and fal% parameters
