Dear all, I have this situation: for some reasons I needed to shutdown the physical STAND BY server. I started up the server and started up the oracle (physical) Stand by DB following the usual (and so correct) procedure. Everything seems to be ok but the DB is not recovering the files. I ran the query "select sequence#,applied from v$archived_log order by 1" and the results (of applied) is NO. I rebooted the server but the situation is still the same. Any experience for such a problem?any suggestion? thank you in advance Alessandro
