... or if by "ordered way" you mean order in which
redo is applied, maybe a simple delayed redo
application from the same primary would fit the
bill?As in log_archive_dest_n='SERVICE=... DELAY=N'.
Say delay=0 for the first standby and delay=30 for the
second standby?
