I do remember now :)
It was quite funny story about 11i.AD.I.3 patch.
Shortly after if has been released Oracle call it back and stated that
this patch didn't exist at all :)
I was one of the persons who managed to download this patch and I was
quite surprised then Oracle stated patch doesn't exists.
Having this in mind you can go safety with 11i.AD.I.4.
PS You can't get 11i.AD.I.3 from Metalink at all anyway :)
