Load Balancers in ERP Rel 12

Hi Team,
We are planning for Release 12 upgrade by next Year. With above
configuration if we implement advanced topologies like *HTTP Layer Load
balancing and Concurrent Layer Load Balancing using PCP *is their any
problems with this configuration?
Please provide pros and cons on configuration of load balancers ( metalink:
217368.1) for E-Business suite.
